Users must not misuse FilmIndustry Jobs. Prohibited activity includes fake or misleading job listings, discriminatory content, harassment, spam, scraping, credential attacks, malicious uploads, automated abuse, impersonation, unlawful content, privacy-invasive behaviour or attempts to bypass platform controls.
Employers must not misuse applicant data, misrepresent roles, publish misleading pay/rate information or route candidates into unsafe or unrelated services. Candidates and freelancers must not submit fraudulent profiles, fake credits or abusive application content.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts or preserve audit records where needed to protect users and the platform.
