Job alert and saved-search email workflows are prepared, but live sending remains controlled by admin settings and unsubscribe/suppression rules.

Can I delete or hibernate my account?Candidate

Yes. Open Account deletion from your profile area. You can hibernate the account, or request deletion with email confirmation and a final goodbye email queue record.
