These Terms and Conditions explain how visitors, candidates, freelancers, employers and studios may use FilmIndustry Jobs.
FilmIndustry Jobs provides a screen-sector hiring, company discovery, article and industry-data platform. Users must provide accurate account, profile, company, listing and application information, must not post misleading jobs, spam, scrape, misuse candidate data or interfere with the security of the service.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and fairness of job listings, application links, salary/rate information, company profile content and any applicant communications they manage outside the platform. Candidates and freelancers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, portfolios, showreels, availability, rates and application materials.
Paid packages, billing tools and live payment activation are only available when explicitly enabled in the platform. Package limits, trials, featured credits and employer entitlements may be reviewed or changed by the operator where needed to prevent abuse or correct configuration errors.
The platform may moderate, edit, archive or remove content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam-like, privacy-invasive or harmful to the service. We may suspend or restrict accounts where needed to protect users or the platform.
FilmIndustry Jobs is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep information accurate and useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, job availability, application outcomes, employer responses, salary accuracy or third-party website availability.
